Each of our field service engineers has many years of experience in every facet of the extrusion process, having trained and worked with some of the world’s leading extrusion equipment manufacturers. We offer on-site field service for borescope alignment, PM inspections, barrel and screw measurement, as well as many other services you may require. AES work is guaranteed. References from our customers can be provided at any time.   All service is performed at a flat rate of $700.00 per man, per day. There is a time and a half charge for service on weekends and holidays. Service $700.00 Travel $350.00 Meals (full day) $35.00 Meals (half day) $20.00 Company Car (per mile) $.65 There is no extra charge for travel time unless a separate day is required for travel. Travel days will then be charged at the rate of $ 350.00 per person, per day. Rates pertaining to one person, per day are shown above. All other expenses such as airfare, rental car, taxi, hotel, etc. incurred during travel and while on assignment will be charged at cost. Holdover or waiting time will be charged as a regular service day.
